FAQ - Debt Services
Q: What is debt relief?
A: Debt relief is the process of partial forgiveness of debt through negotiation with creditors and collection companies.

Q: What types of debt qualify?
A: Unsecured debt including credit cards, cell phone bills, repossessed cars, medical bills, personal loans and so forth can be erased. In essence, unsecured debt is a loan where there is no collateral. Debts which do not qualify include car loans, mortgages and student loans since these loans are secured.

Q: How much information will your debt relief service remove?
A: Our debt relief service removes 50% to 60% of your principal balances and sometimes even greater.

Q: How much do I owe up-front for this service?
A: There is absolutely no fee up-front. You can add more debt later on and the only payment for our service will be included in the new lower monthly payment.

Q: How is debt settlement different from debt consolidation?
A: Debt Consolidation combines debt and in some cases lowering interest rate. Debt Settlement eliminates much if not most of the debt owed. You make one payment to cover all your debt in the program. Both programs offer you a much lower monthly payment.
