Mortgage Mod 101, LLC was founded by several partners who, as members of the loan modification industry, knew there was a better way to help homeowners. Mortgage Mod 101, LLC is the result.

The government has encouraged homeowners to contact their lender directly to work out the terms of their loan but failed to educate them on how they should go about doing this. But the homeowner is not a negotiator and doesn't know all of the options available. Enter unscrupulous mortgage modification companies that prey on homeowners, often to the tune of several thousand dollars. There has to be a better way!
